YARD MAINTENANCE

Tenants should be aware of their responsibilities for yard maintenance during the summer.

Apartments

The grounds of our apartment buildings are maintained by us and tenants are not required to take any action.

Houses

In accordance with paragraph 10 of your lease, Tenant Upkeep, you are responsible for keeping the lawn and grounds neat. If you do not have the ability to do this then you must employ a service to do this for you.
